INVG Community is now accepting a non-refundable Expression of Interest (EOI) fee of $500

Non-profit and For-profit organizations can acquire a home for themselves or a family.

Investors

Wait List Deposit

We have 100,000 spots available for our free waitlist. Only 5,000 will be accepted to pay the non- refundable Expression of Interest Fee (EOI) of Five Hundred United States Dollars (US$500.00). Completion of the expression of interest process secures your unit. You have 3 months to go under contract after EOI.

Reservation / Due Diligence Fee

One Thousand United States Dollars (US$1,000.00) (or Ghana Cedi equivalent at the prevailing Zenith Bank rate) to be paid to INVG as a non-refundable commitment fee towards the acquisition of a two-bedroom. One Thousand and Five Hundred United States (US$1,500.00) to be paid to INVG as a nonrefundable commitment fee towards the acquisition of a three-bedroom apartment to unit.

Contract

The Purchaser shall pay INVG an amount of Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$49,950,000) exclusive of fees, upgrades, and property taxes for a two-bedroom apartment. The Purchaser shall pay INVG an amount of Sixty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$69,950.00) exclusive of fees, upgrades, and property taxes for a three-bedroom apartment. These prices are subject to change based on market conditions, service fees, and upgrades.

The purpose of this website is to make sure you understand that there is a non-refundable $500 EOI fee and the reservation fee is (1 bedroom $1000 2
bedroom $1500). In addition, you know that you have up to 90 days to pay the non-refundable reservation fee.

That you acknowledge that you must contract and pay the initial deposit for your unit within 30 days of paying
the reservation fee. You understand and have been informed that ADM is contracted to handle the Pre-sales Marketing for

INVG only and has no prior affiliation. Everything will be handled by the INVG team after the EOI is paid. ADM is not a real estate company and does not represent the buyer or seller. ADM is not handling the closing. Please consult your LEGAL and FINANCIAL advisors.
